Job Description:
● Comprehensive understanding of all applicable standard operating processes/procedures applied in the operation of the Distribution Centre (DC)
● Continuously seeing what can be done better by recommending improvements as necessary to facilitate improved work practices
● Deal with faulty goods/damages as per standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
● Shrink wraps products to pallets
● Hand stacking crates to an appropriate height as per the set site standards in Health & Safety Guidelines
● Ensure all trash and debris is removed prior to returning crate to suppliers
● Wrapping sorted lifts and securing for Dehires
● Accountable for maintaining high Health & Safety standard while achieving on performance
● Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
● Champions Health and Safety and understands how to reports incidents
